Annapurna Base camp Trek

Day 01 :Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345meters). Hotel
There you will be met by our Airport Representative and transferred to hotel by private tourist
vehicle. Overnight at hotel on BB plan.

Day 02 : City guided tour in Kathmandu. After breakfast, at 9 am sightseeing tour to
Pashupatinath( famous Hindus temple in south Asia, Boudhanath( Biggest Buddhist stupa in
the world) Patan city (16 century royal palace), Syambhunath( Buddhist hill top temple),
Kathmandu City. Overnight at the hotel on BB plan.

Day 03 : Drive to Pokhara (910m/2986ft.) by tourist bus. Driving to 6 hours,

Day 04 : Drive to Naya Pul (New Bridge) for an hour and trek to Tikhe Dhunga
(1495m/4905ft). Walking 3:30 hours,

Day 05 : Tikhe Dhunga to Ghorepani (2850m/9350ft). Walking 5:30 hours,

Day 06 : Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2520m/8268ft). Walking 6:30 hours,

Day 07 : Tadapani to Sinuwa (2310m/7579ft). Walking 6 hours,

Day 08 : Sinuwa to Deurali (3150m/10335ft). Walking 6 hours,

Day 09 : Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4090m/13418ft). Walking 4:30 hours,

Day 10 : Annapurna base camp to Dovan(2600m/8580 . Walking 5:30 hours,

Day 11 : Dovan to Chhomrong (2310m/6994ft). Walking 5:30 hours,

Day 12 : Chhomrong to Syauli(1040m/3150ft). Walking 6:30 hours,

Day 13 : Trek to Naya Pul; then drive to Pokhara and flight to Kathmandu. Walking 2 hours
and drive for an hour and flight 25 minutes.

Day 14 : After breakfast, the trip ends, our Airport Representative will drop you to the
Kathmandu international airport for your final flight departure from Nepal.

Above itinerary can be customized at your request to accommodate your specific
requirements. Please let us know whether you would like to make a shorter or longer. We will
follow accordingly.

Traditional costume of Nepal Talking about traditional costume of Nepal it would be right to say not "costume" but "costumes" because though Nepal is a small country there are many ethnic groups living here and each group has their unique traditional dress. I will tell about a few that I find most interesting. The Newars . This ethnic group has many different styles of dress among themselves but there is one common thing - they prefer combinations of black and red colours. The most common seen Newar woman's dress is the   hakku potashi , a black sari with red borders. Young girls wear it knee level,  but older women prefer to completely cover their legs. The sari is complimented by a white   patuka  wrapped aroud the waist and a cotton shawl wrapped diagonally over the blouse. Men wear a double-breasted shirt ( daura ) with flaps fastened by ties diagonally across the chest, and tight trousers called  suruwal . The costume c
