Trekking in Nepal

Trekking in Nepal Trekking is completely different from other forms of holiday or travel experiences and can be done in any part of the world. Compared to pre booked organized holidays it is more ‘open-plan’ and is governed more by local topography and weather conditions than the rigid keeping to pre booked airline or bus timetables. Trekkers walk through areas not always accessible to organized tours. They are free to experience and sample the local scenery and interact with it as they please.  Many areas are particularly popular with trekkers, especially the mountainous areas of the Himalayas in Nepal and Bhutan. But treks can be arranged in any area that appeals to the holiday maker for as long or as short as they wish.  It is very important to have the right gear or equipment. A good backpack that is comfortably fitting is most important as many items necessary for various periods of trekking   are needed to be carried. A backpack which can hold 10 – 15 kilo

March heralds the coming of spring time, bringing milder days and nights, though it can still be cold in the mountains. During spring, Nepal is at its prettiest with wild flowers and rhododendrons in full bloom and rivers flowing crystal clear from the snow melt.
