Itinerary:

Day 01: Pick up at Tribhuvan international  airport & Transfer to the hotel. Overnight Stay at hotel.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla( 2880m)40 minute.Trek to phakding(2680m) Approximately 3hr. Overnight Stay at Tea house lodge.

Day 03: Trek up to Namche Bazar(3440m),Approximately 7hr. overnight Stay at tea house lodge

Day 04: Acclimatization day at Namche. After breakfast hike up to Syangboche (3720m) about 2hr. panorama view from Everest view hotel including Mt Everest (8848m)and hike to khumjung village(3780m), take lunch and back to Namche Bazzar. Approximately 3hr.overnight Stay at tea house lodge.

Day 05: Trek up to Dole (4110m) approximately 6hr. overnight stay at tea house lodge.

Day 06: Trek up to Machhermo (4470m), approximately 5hr. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.

Day 07: Trek up to Gokyo Lake (4790m), approximately 4hr. Overnight stay at tea house lodge.

Day 08: Early morning Day Hike up to Gokyo Ri (5316m) to see sunrise view and back to Gokyo. Approximately 4hr.overnight Stay at tea house lodge.
Day 09: Trek to down Dole (4110m), approximately 5hr.overnight stay at tea house lodge

Day 10: Trek to down Namche bazzar, approximately 5hr.overnight stay at tea house lodge

Day 11: Trek to down phakding (2680m), approximately 6hr.overnight stay at tea house lodge

Day 12: Trek to up lukla (2880m), approximately 3hr. overnight stay at tea house lodge.

Day 13: Fly to Kathmandu 45 minute and transfer to the hotel. Over night stay at hotel

Day 14: Departure to Tribhuban international  airport by car or on your return day when you have flight ticket fixed date.

Traditional costume of Nepal Talking about traditional costume of Nepal it would be right to say not "costume" but "costumes" because though Nepal is a small country there are many ethnic groups living here and each group has their unique traditional dress. I will tell about a few that I find most interesting. The Newars . This ethnic group has many different styles of dress among themselves but there is one common thing - they prefer combinations of black and red colours. The most common seen Newar woman's dress is the   hakku potashi , a black sari with red borders. Young girls wear it knee level,  but older women prefer to completely cover their legs. The sari is complimented by a white   patuka  wrapped aroud the waist and a cotton shawl wrapped diagonally over the blouse.
