Itinerary: 

Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu
Meet on arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel,
Check in and refreshment,
Briefing on your trip itinerary is given at your hotel.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Kathmandu heritage tour,
Breakfast at hotel,
7:00AM depart to visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and its museum,
Then visit Swoyambustupa, and continue tour to Patan Durbar Square and temples, the city of artistry,
Lunch break en route where convenient (you order and pay for your own lunch),
End of tour return to hotel,
Dinner on your own,
Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 Flight to Phaplu and trek to Junbesi (8,856ft),
Breakfast at hotel,
Take morning flight to Phaplu Airport,
On arrival meet trekking crew and trek to Chiwang Monastery, pay a visit to the monastery and continue trek Junbesi,
Lunch served en route,
In Junbesi, the trail joins with the main route to Everest region trek.
Hot Shower: In Junbensi, there are lodges, where you can have a hot shower for small fee. You have to tell the lodge operator to make the hot water for you.
Overnight in the lodge.

Day 4 trek to ThuptenChholing Monastery 9,678ft),
Breakfast at camp, and then we will hike to ThuptenChholing Monastery run by Trulsik Rinpoche (a very high lama from Tibet); it is one of the largest and most active monasteries in the region. Most of the monks and nuns are Tibetan refugees, Sherpa and others.
We will visit the monastery and the Abbot if he is present.
Then we’ll return trek and relax.
Lunch served at local restaurant or inn.
Overnight in the lodge.

Day 5 trek to Taksindu Monastery and camp (9,709ft),
Breakfast at camp and trek through sparsely inhabited area to Taksindu. Today’s trek is easy to moderate and scenic. It is apple country so we will see some orchards en route.
We will camp near the Taksindu Monastery and visit it. We are closer to the high mountains so we shall have great vistas. Lunch en route at local inn or restaurant.

Day 6 trek to Phaplu Airport 2,469m,
Breakfast at camp, enjoy mountain views and trek to Phaplu Airport.
Today’s trek is easy with gradual downhill and straight terrain.
We trek through villages and forest.
Lunch served en route at local inn or restaurant.
Overnight at lodge in Phaplu.

Day 7 flight Phaplu to Kathmandu,
Breakfast at camp, pack up and free until walk to airport,
Early morning flight to Kathmandu,
On arrival, transfer to Pashupati (the most sacred Hindu temple), Bouddhastupa and Bhaktapur, the city of devotees, one of the very beautiful squares with 55 window palace museum and temples. Bhaktapur is least developed compared with neighboring cities of Kathmandu and Patan. It is also a cultural world heritage site declared by the UNESCO. After the tour, transfer to hotel, check in and free.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 8 Departure from Nepal
Breakfast at hotel and free until transfer to Kathmandu airport.

Luxury Camping Trek involves overnights in tents setup and packed by the guide(s), meals are cooked fresh daily by experienced cook and served in the dining tent, luggage are carried by porters. You’ll carry only your day pack while trekking. Sleep in two person tents with 3-4 inch thick foam pads for your comfort.

Traditional costume of Nepal Talking about traditional costume of Nepal it would be right to say not "costume" but "costumes" because though Nepal is a small country there are many ethnic groups living here and each group has their unique traditional dress. I will tell about a few that I find most interesting. The Newars . This ethnic group has many different styles of dress among themselves but there is one common thing - they prefer combinations of black and red colours. The most common seen Newar woman's dress is the   hakku potashi , a black sari with red borders. Young girls wear it knee level,  but older women prefer to completely cover their legs. The sari is complimented by a white   patuka  wrapped aroud the waist and a cotton shawl wrapped diagonally over the blouse.
