Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in International Airport Kathmandu 1350mtrs.
Well come to Himalayas Nepal! We pick up you from Tribhuvan International Airport and drop to your hotel where we had booked. After resting some hours and we come there to brief about our langtang trek.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Heritage tour 1350mtrs.
Full day world Heritage tour in Kathmandu Valley with an expert tour guide and langtang trek trip preparation day what we need for our whole trip duration.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi 1530mtrs/ 7-8 hours.
We start for Langtang Gosainkung Trek drive on a northern highway from Kathmandu to Syabru bensi via Dunche Bazaar. Langtagn gosainkunda trek journey will take 7-8 hours trough Trishuli Bazaar, local villages, landscape, mountains and crops field along the way. On way to Syabru bensi we can view of Ganesh Himal Range, Manaslu, peaks of Langtang range. This first day will be in beautiful Tamang village near the Bhote Koshi River and overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Syabru bensi to Lama Hotel 2410mtrs/ 5-6hours.
Our walk start from today after breakfast, the trail ascends for around two hours through the forest followed by a climb of about an hour to reach Bamboo village 1850mtrs which is a good spot for lunch. This forest trail is nice to walk for trekkers and following the upstream and can be seen birds and wild animal around the bushes. Bee hives hanging on a cliff are another attraction for the visitors. After lunch we again climb up through the bamboo forest to reach the Lama Hotel over night at lodge.

Day 05: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village 3430mtrs/5-6hours.
Langtang trek is continue ascending to Langtang village 3430mtrs.We have a pleasant walk and follow the trail through rhododendron and pine forest for around three hours to reach Ghoda Tabela where we break for lunch. The surrounding area is dense wild habitat and many small babblers with lot of herbal can be found here as well as fine view of Langtang Lirung 7727mtrs and Check point of Langtang National Park Permit. After lunch following Langtang Khola and walk another three hours on the scenic trail takes us to Langtang village overnight at lodge.

Day 06: Langtang to Kyangjin Gompa 3830mtrs/ 3-4hours.
Today we trekfrom Langtang Village to Kyangjin Gompa 3870mtrs. Today walk takes about three to four hours to reach there it means you will be there at lunch hours. Our trail climbs gradually through small villages and yak pastures as the valley opens further and the views become more extensive. Kyangjin Gompa is reached after crossing several small streams and moraines. Evening time we can visit the cheese factory or langtang lirung glacier at Kyangjin Gompa. We would enjoy the panoramic view of Dorje Larpa 6990mtrs, Langtang Ri 6370mtrs, Langtang Lirung 7245mtrs and many more, overnight at lodge.

Day 07: Explore Day in Kyangjin Gompa.
Langtang Trek, a day of rest as well as somewhere to hike due to last destination of this route. You can explore day hike of the local area of this region like Kyangjin Ri 4773mtrs, Cherku-ri 5150mtrs, glacier walk or Langshisha Kharka 4285mtrs depends on your fitness and interest and which lies up valley from Khyangjin. Upper valley is ringed by spectacular snow peaks including fluted peak Langtang Lirung and the Tibetan named Dorje Lakpa and over night at Kyangjin lodge 3830m.

Day 08: Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel 2410mtrs/ 5-6hours.
Day back down when we went way up and after breakfast Kyangjin Gompa 3830mtrs to Lama Hotel. We have an easy downhill and following Langtang Khola, pleasant walk through the rhododendron forest to Ghora Tabela. After lunch trek down to the Lama Hotel 2410mtrs overnight at lodge or some trekkers go to Ganja la pass to helambu trekking area.

Day 09: Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru 2210mtrs/ 5-6hours.
Having a hot breakfast our trail leads again through bamboo and rhododendron forest where we can see the local wild boar, monkey and other animal and birds on the route to Thulo Syabru only for lucky trekkers. En route we have marvelous and close-up view of Ganesh Himal. Firstly easy downhill follows the river bank but last part steeply uphill for couple of hours to get to the village at Thulo Syabru Tamand settlement.

Day 10: Thulo Syabru to Sing Gompa 333omtrs/ 4-5hours.
Day ten, we walk around 4-5 hours through dense forest of pine and rhododendron to reach Sing Gompa (Chandan Bari) which is our overnight spot. The trekking trail from here is mostly uphill with typically Himalayan terrain Thulo Syabru goes to Foprang Danda 3200mtrs passing through Dursagang 2660mtrs and last few hours remaining forested with open areas giving excellent views of Langtang Himal, Ganesh Himal, Tibetan Mountain and forests of Oak, Hemlock and Firs. When arrival in hotel refreshed and enjoy visiting local cheese factory as well as terrain forested landscape.

Day 11: Sing Gompa to Dunche 1960mtrs/ 3-4hour.
After breakfast trail descent to Disma 3007mtrs then down to cross Ghatte Khola then we follow on left side of that river along the Nepal flat then we reach district head quarter of Dunche over night at lodge.

Day 12: Dunche to Kathmandu by Bus or Jeep/ 6-7hours.
We ride a bus from Dunche for journey to Kathmandu along the way we see local villages as well as crossing through the many villages like Bokejhunda, Ramche Gaun, Betrawati (gate way to go ruby valley trek), arrive district head quarter of Nuwakot District Trishuli Bazar and after that drive on road all way to capital city Kathmandu overnight at your booked hotel in own an expenses.

Traditional costume of Nepal Talking about traditional costume of Nepal it would be right to say not "costume" but "costumes" because though Nepal is a small country there are many ethnic groups living here and each group has their unique traditional dress. I will tell about a few that I find most interesting. The Newars . This ethnic group has many different styles of dress among themselves but there is one common thing - they prefer combinations of black and red colours. The most common seen Newar woman's dress is the   hakku potashi , a black sari with red borders. Young girls wear it knee level,  but older women prefer to completely cover their legs.
