Day 01: Kathmandu-Luckla- Phakding.3-4 hrs Visit Monastery in Phakding.
Day 02: Phakding- Namche(3440m). 5-6 hrs Visit Monastery in Namche.
Day 03: Namche- Thamo. 2-3 hrs. Visit Monastery in Thamo then back to Namche.
Day 04: Namche- Tengboche. 5-6 hrs. Visit Tengboche Monastery.
Day 05: Tengboche- Monju. Visit Local Monastery around. 4-5 hours
Day 06: Monju- Luckla. Visit Monastery at Luckla. 4-5 hrs.
Day 07: Morning flight to Kathmandu. 35 minutes flight.

Traditional costume of Nepal Talking about traditional costume of Nepal it would be right to say not "costume" but "costumes" because though Nepal is a small country there are many ethnic groups living here and each group has their unique traditional dress. I will tell about a few that I find most interesting. The Newars .
